At 1st Gen Americans, we believe that our programs: ACCLIMATE & ACCELERATE are essential in creating a more prosperous society. Leading with the 1st Gen Americans pillars — 1. Immigration Services, 2. Education, 3. American Dream, and 4. Community & Social Services — we empower immigrants to become productive and engaging members of our community. This not only leads to increased economic growth and opportunities for our country, but it also brings valuable skills and diverse perspectives to our society.
We go beyond just providing resources! We create a welcoming and inclusive environment... to help immigrants feel accepted, respected, and connected to their new community. The 1st Gen Americans platform serves to empower and encourage immigrants from every walk of life to become more involved... resulting to an increased civic engagement and volunteerism.

OUR CASE STATEMENT
Historical chapters of the United States' strength and success are a direct result of and have always been shaped by immigrants who bring diverse perspectives, skills, and experiences. From early settlers to modern-day immigrants, they have helped build our society's fabric & enrich our culture.
However, immigrants often face various challenges, such as navigating complex legal systems, finding adequate housing, accessing healthcare and education. At our organization, 1st Gen Americans, we recognize the need to provide immigrants with the support necessary to overcome obstacles and thrive in their new home country.
